Who we are
TributeFold (tributefold.com) is an online funeral programme maker operated as a South African sole proprietorship. You can reach a human at hello@tributefold.com. Using the site means you accept these terms; if anything here is unclear, write to us before you rely on it.
What the service is
The editor is free: every template, every language, every download — carrying a small TributeFold watermark. Removing the watermark from a programme is a once-off purchase of $11.95 for that programme. There is no subscription, no account, and no charge you didn't explicitly make.
Your content stays yours
The names, dates, life story, tributes, and photos you put into a programme are yours. We claim no ownership and no licence beyond what is technically needed to lay out and produce your PDF in your browser. You are responsible for having the right to use what you add — in particular photos taken by professional photographers.
Purchases and delivery
Paid unlocks are processed by our payment partner acting as the merchant of record — an established international payments company that handles your card details on their secure systems. We never see your card number. Delivery is immediate: the watermark-free PDF becomes available to download as soon as payment completes. Our refund policy is deliberately simple and applies to every purchase.
Fair use
Personal and family use is what this is for, and funeral homes and printers are welcome to prepare programmes for the families they serve. What you may not do: resell access to the service itself, use it to impersonate a person or organisation, or publish content that is unlawful or intended to harm.
Honest limits
Please proof your programme before printing — names, dates, clan names, spelling — because the PDF prints exactly what the preview shows. We cannot take responsibility for print-shop costs arising from content you approved. The service is provided as-is; our total liability for anything arising from it is capped at the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act or other law that applies to you.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the changes appear on this page with a new date at the top — we won't change what a purchase meant after you made it. Questions: hello@tributefold.com.
