We answer most messages within one working day. If you are writing on the morning of a funeral, put URGENT in the subject line and we will look at it first.

If a download failed or the PDF is wrong

Write immediately and say what happened — this is the one thing we treat as urgent, because you are usually working to a service that will not move. Tell us which browser you used and, if you paid, the email address on the receipt. We will fix it or refund you in full; the refunds policy sets out how, and it does not involve arguing.

If you can, attach the PDF you got. It tells us in seconds what a paragraph of description cannot.

If something on the site is wrong

The hymn library, the readings, the orders of service and the printing guides all make factual claims — about what a service contains, how a word is spelled in isiZulu or Sesotho, what a filing deadline is, or what a print run should cost. If one of them is wrong, telling us is a genuine favour. We correct it and we say what changed.

Spelling of names, clan praises and language headings matter more here than almost anywhere, and we would much rather hear it from you than leave it wrong for the next family.

If you are a funeral home, print shop or church

Get in touch. Print shops in particular: if families arrive at your counter with no file and you end up laying out the programme yourself, our PDF is already correctly imposed and the right size, which turns that job into a two-minute print. We are happy to give you free unlock codes to hand to families, and to list your shop on the printing pages at no cost.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover a programme you have lost. Everything you type stays in your own browser and is never uploaded, so if the browser data was cleared, the work is genuinely gone and we have no copy. That is the direct consequence of the privacy promise, and it is why the site tells you to download as you go.

We also do not design programmes to order, and we cannot advise on funeral arrangements, estates or legal matters. For anything about the service itself, your minister, programme director or funeral director is the right person.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record — their name, not ours, appears on your card statement, and we never see or store card details. If you need a copy of a receipt or have a question about a charge, email us with the address you paid from and we will sort it out.
